By using SSKEİİ services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide a platform for comparing and booking international shipping services through our partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We act as an intermediary and do not perform shipping operations directly.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and correct information
- Comply with international shipping laws and regulations
- Do not ship prohibited or hazardous materials
- Pay fees on time
4. Pricing and Payment
Displayed prices are final including taxes. Payment is processed securely through certified payment gateways. No refunds after shipping process begins.
5. Liability
SSKEİİ is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by partner shipping companies. Liability is limited to the terms and conditions of the selected shipping company.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Shipments can be canceled before pickup by the shipping company. After that, the policies of the respective shipping company apply.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms are resolved in Istanbul courts.
